Boyapati Srinu is currently basking in the glory of his recently released directorial venture Akhanda which was released on 2nd December and is running successfully at the box office. The movie has Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal in the lead roles. Now according to the latest report, Boyapati Srinu is planning to make a movie with Stylish Star Allu Arjun. The upcoming film will mark their second collaboration after the blockbuster movie Sarrainodu. Currently Boyapati Srinu is working on the script.
The sources say that the upcoming yet to be titled film is a period action drama in the backdrop of India’s freedom struggle. Allu Arjun will be seen playing the role of a freedom fighter in this patriotic drama under the direction of Boyapati Srinu who is known for making high voltage action movies.
If this buzz turns out to be true, it will mark Bunny and Boyapati’ first ever film set in a patriotic drama genre, which will be bankrolled by mega producer Allu Aravind under the banner of Geetha Arts.
The sources say that Allu Arjun is trying to churn out a comprehensive action drama for which he and the director have been fine-tuning the script.
On the otherside, from February, Allu Arjun will join the sets of Pushpa 2.
