Mega Producer Allu Arvind, played minor roles in a few movies as the son of popular comedian Allu Ramalingaiah, who founded the Geeta Arts banner in the year 1974 and became a producer. Allu Aravind was born on 10th January 1949, to Allu Ramalingaiah and Kanakaratnam. His first production venture was ‘Bantrothu Bharya’, which was a super hit. After that, he again bankrolled the movie ‘Devadu Digivaste’.
He is known for bankrolling the movies- Master, Ninaithen Vandhai, Mangalyam Tantunanena, Annayya, Pellam Oorelithe, Gangotri, Johnny, Bunny, Jalsa, Ghajini, Magadheera, Darling, Prati Roju Pandage, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo etc. Currently he is bankrolling Akhil Akkineni starrer Most Eligible Bachelor, Sundeep Kishan starrer Chaavu Kaburu Challaga and Nikhil Siddharth starrer 18 Pages.
