www.tollywood.net has already reported that Amala Akkineni has been roped in an upcoming untitled film in which Sharwanand is playing the lead role and will be seen playing the role of actor’ mom. The makers have also released a poster that confirmed that Amala Akkineni is the part of this project, which is progressing at the brisk pace in the direction of debutante Shree Karthik.

Amala Akkineni, the wife of King Nagarjuna, who made re-entry with Sekhar Kammula’ directorial venture Life Is Beautiful took a long break for making his comeback again and now she is the part of Sharwanand’ new film.

The recently released poster features Amala Akkineni with his son Sharwanand and both are seen having a normal talk. Telugu Girl Ritu Varma is on the board to play the female lead.

The sources close to the film unit revealed that Amala Akkineni and Ravi Raghavendra, father of music composer Anirudh Ravichander, are playing Sharwanand’s parents in this film. Currently, the makers are canning crucial scenes in which the trio is participating.

Apart from them, the upcoming untitled film has Nasser, Vennela Kishore, and Priyadarshi Pullikonda in the supporting roles. Sharwanand starrer will touch the subjects such as friendship, love and the relationship between parents and son.

Pelli Choopulu fame director Tharun Bhascker is penning the dialogues, while Jakes Bejoy is scoring the music. The movie is slated for release next summer.

The few stills of Amala Akkineni posing with the entire crew are out on social media and she looks natural like a typical middle-class mom.

Amala Akkineni is also the part of web-series titled High Priestess in which she is playing the titular role. The web series marks the debut of Amala Akkineni into web series. Directed by Pushpa Ignatius, High Priestess showcased the beautiful lady as a psychic and tarot card reader.
