Amazing wax statue of Mahesh Babu faceSuperstar Mahesh Babu is one of the very few Indian actors to have his wax statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds museum.  After Young Rebel Star Prabhas,  Mahesh Babu  is the second Telugu actor to get his wax statue carved. The wax statue of Mahesh Babu’s is being sculpted by Iwan Rees is at the brink of completion. A sneak peak of the wax statue was unveiled yesterday on 27th July 2018 . Within a few minutes, the pic went viral on social media platforms. The statue is meant to be a replica of Mahesh Babu and not any of his iconic characters.   It is heard that Mahesh Babu  had personally met the officials and team of artistes through the process, to ensure his statue is as good as possible.

On 26th April, Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to share this news to his fans. He wrote, “Super happy to be a part of the prestigious Madame Tussauds 🙂 🙂 Thanks to the team of artists for their attention to detail. Incredible! (sic)”

Mahesh Babu is currently basking in the glory of his recent offering Bharat Ane Nenu, the political drama, helmed by Koratala Siva in which he played the role of AP CM and romanced with Bollywood beauty Kaira Advani.  His fans went gaga over seeing him as the chief minister on the silver screen, which is touted to be one of the reasons for the film’s huge success. Currently Mahesh Babu is working with Vamsi Padipally for his next project. After wrapping the shoot of this film, Mahesh Babu will join the sets of Sukumar, and the upcoming project will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.

Last year the statue of Baahubali actor Prabhas, was inaugurated at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Bangkok. Seen there in his Amarendra Baahubali avatar,  young Rebel Star Prabhas became the first south Indian actor to have a wax statue at Madame Tussauds.
