Mumbai traffic police imposed a huge fine on Anushka Sharma along with Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan.
Along with Bollywood legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, Virat Kohli’s wife and heroine Anushka Sharma was shocked by the Mumbai traffic police. It is known that the videos and photos of Amitabh Bachchan and Anushka Sharma riding different bikes on the streets of Mumbai went viral on Monday. However, both were fined by the traffic police for traveling on a bike without a helmet.
Amitabh Bachchan tweeted that after getting stuck in Mumbai traffic on Monday, he asked a stranger for a lift and reached the shooting location on his bike just in time. Amitabh’s bike ride photo has gone viral on social media. But in this photo Amitabh Bachchan is not wearing a helmet along with the bike rider. The netizens objected to him being a responsible actor and not following the traffic rules. A complaint was lodged with the traffic police against Amitabh and the bike rider.
Mumbai Police has imposed a fine on Amitabh. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma was also seen riding the streets of Mumbai on her body guarded bike on Monday. Along with Anushka, her bodyguard are also not wearing a helmet. Netizens brought the video of Anushka Sharma’s bike ride to the attention of the Mumbai Police.
Mumbai Police has issued a challan to Anushka Sharma for not wearing a helmet.
