Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu Collections: Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV came up with a political drama Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu, which was released yesterday amidst good buzz among the political circles. But sadly, the film received mixed responses by the movie lovers and critics on its opening day. According to the trader report, Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu managed to register a share of seventeen lakhs in the Krishna district on its opening day and the same is the case with other areas like Guntur and Godavari districts.

The few areas record heavy full and few areas ran almost 80% plus occupancy. But the morning and noon show growth not much carried to evening and night show overall movie day one occupancy was around 40%.

It is expected that Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu will collect Rs 65-70 Lakhs at the box office of both Telugu states on its 1st day.

Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu revolves around the politics of Andhra Pradesh. Written by Ram Gopal Varma, the movie is based on recent political developments in Andhra Pradesh. Ajmal Amir of Rangam fame is playing the role of Andhra Pradesh’ Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy in the movie. This is not the first time the actor Ajmal Amir played the CM on-screen. He was seen as a Chief Minister in Rangam, starring Jiiva, Piaa Bajpai and Karthika Nair.

Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu has the music by Ravi Shankar while Suresh Varma handled the cinematography department.

Ajmal Amir has already signed an upcoming horror-thriller drama, Second Show which is helmed by A T Gnanam and produced by Darkroom Creations.

Today Ram Gopal Varma’ Amma Rajyam lo Kadapa Biddalu is going to face tough completion with Venky Mama starring Venkatesh Daggubati, Naga Chaitanya, Payal Rajput, and Raashi Khanna, directed by KS Ravindra alias Bobby, which is hitting the theaters today.
