Anand Deverakonda is the younger brother of Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam fame Vijay Deverakonda. He made his debut in Telugu film industry with the romantic drama Dorasani  which was a hit at the box office. It is known news that Anand Deverakonda also made his debut in Hyderabad Times Most Desirable list 2020.

Recently during the media interaction, when the actor was asked about  his debut as a new entrant in the Hyderabad Times Most Desirable 2020 list to which he replied, “I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I am part of this list.”

Dorasani fame actor added, “I knew my brother Vijay Deverakonda had won it because your team came home to interview him but on the day the list was published, my parents had bright smile on their faces. They looked at me and  they started smiling. When I asked them why are smiling, they said I was part of the list.”

About his upcoming film Pushpaka Vimanam, Anand said, “It is a family entertainer and I am essaying the role of a government school teacher in it.  I am a math teacher, who is innocent man who’s always wearing a tucked shirt, trousers and glasses. The movie has a lot of situational comedy.”
