Yes, what you heard is absolutely true. For the first time in political history, the Andhra Pradesh state has witnessed an unprecedented incident. To explain to you in detail, Chief Minister Jagan’s principal secretary Praveen Prakash was issued a show-cause notice. To a shocking act, the show cause notice was issued by none other than the Chief Secretary.

The reason behind the Chief Secretary’s show-cause notice was due to violating his powers and not obeying the protocols of forwarding the files or documents and issuing the orders that can amend the business rules. From the inside sources, it was known that GAD special secretary Praveen Prakesh has gone to pass the orders even to the special CS-level officials which made Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam unhappy and seems to be sent the wrong signals as it found to be ignoring the business rules.

As the principal secretary Praveen stands close beside the YS Jagan, many thought that it is impossible to get a hold of him and furthermore before CS came to terms with amendment of business rules, GAD principal secretary has issued another order and left a strong sign that he has the ability to transfer Assistant Secretaries as well. Along with this, PS hasn’t followed the protocol of sending the files and documents in the cabinet meeting, said inside sources. All these have seriously hurt Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam and provoked him to serve show-cause notices to PS Praveen.

Earlier, Praveen Prakesh used to serve as the Resident Commissioner at AP Bhavan in Delhi but on special request, YS Jagan has brought him from Delhi to Amaravati. However, the response to the Chief Secretary serving a show-cause notice to Praveen is still awaited. On the other hand, it has to wait and see as to how AP CM Jagan will react to the chief secretary serving notice to his PS Praveen.
