Andrea Jeremiah is an actress and play back singer who is popular in Telugu and Tamil film industries. Andrea Jeremiah proved her mettle as an actress in director Vetri Maaran‘ directorial venture Vada Chennai, which fetched a lot of recognition. A couple of months ago, the talented actress turned poet by releasing her collection of poems as a book titled Broken Wing. She interacted with media and on this occasion, Andrea Jeremiah opened up about her past relationship which pushed her into depression. Soon, the news about her relationship went viral, she faced the wrath of the people.
Andrea Jeremiah said that she was misunderstood when she was discussing her book at a literary meet. Gruham actress added, “I talked about my failure love story which happened 10 years ago while talking about my book and the poems.
Andrea Jeremiah added, “My writing is very personal to me. They called me last year and I didn’t go. They called me again this year, and I decided to go because I figured the universe wanted me to do this. There was only a bunch of writers. So, I forgot that I was an actress for a minute. I read a poem from my book and somebody asked me what the poem was about. I told them that this poem was about a very difficult relationship in my life. But it was a relationship from 10 years ago. Nobody latched onto to that point. The poem was written 10 years ago. I chose not to react to it. It was very hard and made me very angry. I was hurt.”
Andrea Jeremiah further said, “This book is not about a man. It is about me. It gives a glimpse of my first heartbreak and my dreams.”
On the work front, Andrea Jeremiah has multiple projects in her kitty such as Kaa, Vattam and Maaligai which are in different production stages.
