After almost a year, Baahubali and Arundhati fame actress Anushka Shetty is back with her next film, Nishabdam, which is directed by Hemant Madhukar. The film also has Anjali in a crucial role. On 11th September, the makers of Nishbdham unveiled the first look posters of Nishabdam. Going by the posters and confirmed that the movie Nishbdham will be released in four languages namely Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English. In this film Nishbdham, Anushka Shetty is essaying the role of an auditorily impaired artist named Sakshi. In the poster, Anushka Shetty bears a confused expression as she paints something on the canvas. Now the role of Anjali has also been revealed. According to the latest update, Anjali will be seen playing the role of Seattle cop in this thriller drama in which Anushka Shetty is playing the role of a mute artist.

Apart from Anushka Shetty and Anjali, the film Nishbdham has other stars like R Madhavan, Shalini Pandey, and Kill Bill fame Michael Madsen in important roles.

The sources close to the film unit revealed that Anjali will be seen in the role of a Seattle cop in the Hemant Madhukar directorial venture Nishbdham. So far, Telugu and Tamil audiences have seen Anjali in chirpy and simplistic roles. But this time they are going to see Anjali in the role of Seattle cop.

The sources say that Anjali’s role in Anushka Shetty starrer Nishbdham will be a refreshing one as well as a surprise package to the audience. Anjali is playing a ferocious cop in the adventure drama and she will also be seen performing a couple of action sequences. The actress Anjali, has also prepped up to transform herself for the part. She had shed a few kilos for the role of a cop.

Nishabdam is a silent thriller drama and Anushka Shetty learned sign language to add authenticity to her character. The shooting of Nishbdham has been wrapped up and the post-production is progressing at a swift pace.
