These days film makers are getting involved in production too. They are not just confined to creative side but are involving themselves in financials as well. Though hails from Kollywood, director Atlee is a known name in Telugu States too. He has done only 4 films so far and all the films turned out to be successful. Barring his debut venture Raja Rani all the other films are with Kollywood top star Vijay. The films Theri, Mersal and Bigil turned out to be successful.

According to the latest update Atlee has turned a producer as well. He has started his own production house A for Apple Productions. Atlee will be producing a romantic drama film titled ‘Sangali Bungali Kadhava Thora’ starring Jiiva, Sri Divya in the lead roles. He has also collaborated with Passion studios for an action thriller.
