Tollywood is haunted by a series of tragedies. Many people who have made a good name in the industry have already gone to unknown worlds. Recently producer Moida Ananda Rao passed away. He was 57 years old. The producer had been suffering from diabetes for a long time. He was admitted to a private hospital in Vizag as his health condition was not good for a few days. He passed away yesterday after his condition worsened while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The producer Ananda Rao is survived by his wife Padmini, two daughters and a son. He acted as the producer of the movie ‘Mithunam’ with SP Balasubramaniam and Lakshmi. The film also won the Nandi Award. His last rites will be held today in Vavilavalasa. Film celebrities are condoling his death.
Ananda Rao was born in Vavilavalasa village of Regidi mandal of Vizianagaram district. He started his life as an ordinary small worker and became a businessman. He was known as a social worker who was ahead of good deeds. He brought light to many lives. He loves literature, environment, etc. Not only that, Ananda Rao wrote poems and published them under the name of Kotigadu. The producer Ananda Rao spent 25 lakhs and set up a library in his village.
