Vivek Athreya, the Telugu writer and director who debuted with the romantic drama Mental Madhilo and followed it up with the black comedy Brochevarevarura, is one of the promising new voices of Telugu cinema. His new Telugu film Ante Sundaraniki, starring Nani and Nazriya, has caught attention with its humour laced promos. According to the latest report, Ante Sundaraniki has completed the censor formalities and received a U certificate from the censor board. Now facing all the hurdles, Ante Sundaraniki is gearing up for the grand release worldwide on 10th June.
Ante Sundaraniki, which will be dubbed in Tamil as Adede Sundara and in Malayalam as Aha Sundara, revolves around two people and their different worlds- Sundar’s (Nani) Hindu Brahmin household where traditional, at times superstitious, practices rule, and Leela Thomas’ (Nazriya Nazim) Christian household where the father has the last word.
Recently released teaser of the film shows a glimpse of the love story between a Telugu Brahmin man Nani and a Malayali Christian girl Nazriya.
The upcoming comedy and romantic film also has Naresh, Rohini, Harsha Vardhan, Nadhiya and others in supporting roles. Niketh Bommi is the cinematographer and Raviteja Girijala is the editor of Nani starrer upcoming much hyped movie.
