It has been officially confirmed that Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty will be coming together for a youthful romantic saga which will be bankrolled by UV Creations. The announcement of the yet untitled film was made on Polishetty’s 32nd birthday. There is an interesting update on the film’s story and premise.
Apparently, the yet untitled film is a family drama with a good dose of comedy. The movie revolves around the love track between a 37 year old lady and a 27 year old man. The funny love track between Anusshka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty forms the crux of the film.
In this yet to be titled Telugu film, Anushka Shetty will be seen dating a younger man, under the direction of Mahesh P. The sources say that the director is coming up with a comedy oriented narrative for the film.
Naveen Polishetty made his debut as a lead actor with the Telugu comedy thriller Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya which was released in 2019. The same year, he made his Hindi debut with Nitesh Tiwari’s National Award-winning film Chhichhore in which he worked with the late actor Sushanth Singh Rajput. On the otherside, Anushka Shetty was last seen in Nishabdham which was released on OTT platform.
