After the hint from the cabinet minister of Municipal administration, Botsa Satyanarayana on changing of AP capital, opposition parties created a huge stir on it.

Though lawmaker Nani has suggested that Botsa has just expressed his views and there won’t be any change in the capital, the latest update hints the Botsa’s comments on the capital change seems to be true. On getting to the details it was known that BJP MP TG Venkatesh has revealed that AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has already informed the centre on Amaravati losing its capital status and he is now all set to announce the four capital cities of the state.

Venkatesh further said that Jagan is contemplating to establish capitals in Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Guntur, and Kadapa in thought to develop all the regions across the state which he discussed with the centre. BJP MP said, “We had earlier urged Jagan Reddy to make Amravati a free zone for development and sought decentralization of powers, setting up of industries and IT companies in all other areas.” He further spoke about the Polavaram project as, “If the present government decides to stall the Polavaram project, it would give an opportunity to the TDP and Chandrababu Naidu to unite and gain strength from where they are at present,”
