
The government of Andhra Pradesh has provided a boost to Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR. The Jagan-led government has permitted price hikes for the big budget entertainer RRR. Perni Venkataramaiah – Andhra Pradesh Minister for Cinematography, Information and Public Relations said that the government has permitted RRR movie makers to enhance ticket prices for the first ten days after the scheduled release on 25th March.

The government also permitted 5 shows of RRR per day but one of the five shows should be earmarked for a small budget movie.
State government has issued a new GO recently and allowed the film-makers and exhibitors to charge more than the fixed ticket price for big budget movies for the first ten days from the release date. The makers of RRR had revealed to the government of AP that the budget of the project is Rs 336 cr and that is the reason why Jagan led government permitted special hikes to the film.
