With the swiftness of increase in Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh, i.e., more than 10,000 , the officials of the state are implementing a night curfew with strict Covid rules and regulations. So far, 10,057 Covid cases were recorded in AP. Since June 13, last year, this is the highest surge in Andhra Pradesh.
AP CM YS Jagan has asked the health department to increase the number of beds to maximum in the hospitals and to take necessary action on testing, tracing and tracking the people contracted with virus. To prevent the pandemic, the government has implemented a night curfew from 11 pm – 5 am from January 18.
West Godavari Circle Inspector Adi Prasad picked up violators and sent them to quarantine centres in the ambulance during the night curfew. And the police have warned everyone to wear masks, if not, they would be kept under isolation in the Covid care centres in the respective areas.
