With theaters shut down for over six months, many filmmakers have opted out for OTT releases. There are still some of the directors and producers who have still opted for theatrical release. They have waited and the good news has come.
Theaters will open from October 15th but the Government of India has passed the strict rule of 50 percent occupancy.
However, the makers are feeling that something is better than nothing and are making plans to release their movies. It is said that Krack and Red are the films that are first looking for theatrical releases. They are hoping that theaters will function with 100 percent occupancy from December and are making plans to release.
Krack is directed by Gopichand Malineni and is in the last stages of the shoot. Ravi Teja will be seen in a Police Officer role and Shruti Hassan is the female lead. While Red stars Ram Pothineni and is directed by Kishore Tirumala.
