A diet high in fiber: Consuming foods rich in fiber helps in digestion. With that, the digestive tract and intestines are cleaned every day. It will not cause problems.  this fiber content, nuts like cucumber, gram, apples and green vegetables should be part of the daily diet.

Warm water in the morning: Constipation sufferers suffer more in the morning. When you wake up, you have to suffer from not having a bowel movement. To get rid of this problem, drink a glass of warm water every morning when you wake up. This makes the walls of your colon easier to move. This is medically known as gastro-colic reflex. It pushes the stool out.

At least four liters of water per day: Our body needs at least four liters of water per day. If you don’t drink enough water, the body will get dehydrated. Due to which the food taken is not properly digested and causes constipation. So drink more water. Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day with a 300 milliliter glass.

Regular physical exercise: Most are sitting measurements these days. Because of that they sit and work for long hours. Sitting still for a long time can also cause constipation. That’s why you should get up at least once an hour at work and walk for a while.
