After delivering woman centric movie Bhaagamathie, Baahubali fame Anushka Shetty is making her comeback in film industry with a thriller drama Silence. We have already reported that Kollywood actor Madhavan is playing the lead role. Now according to the latest update, the makers have roped two actresses- Anjali and Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey in this upcoming drama to play the pivotal role. The regular shoot of the film is expected to commence from March in US.
Arjun Reddy girl Shalini Pandey is on signing spree. Shalini Pandey is currently busy in her upcoming movies Gorilla and Agni Siragugal. Apart from these movies, she will also be seen in Nandamuri Kalyanram starrer 118.
Anushka Shetty starrer Silence will be helmed by Hemant Madhukar, who had helmed films like Vastadu Naa Raju and Mumbai 125 KM and is bankrolled by Kona Venkat and People Media Factory’s TG Vishwaprasad. Gopi Sundar will render the tune.
Tollywood.net has already reported that the makers have roped in Hollywood actor Michael Madsen of Kill Bill fame as the antagonist. Michael Madsen, who acted in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill 1 and many more popular films namely Free Willy 2, Forest of the Living Dead and many more, will be seen playing villain in this drama.
It is known news that Anushka Shetty recently underwent fitness training to shed some extra kilos. Going by the latest photos of her from SS Rajamouli’s son SS Karthikeya, it looks like that the actress has achieved the desired result.
Anajli has shared the screen space with number of Top Telugu stars and her popular movies are Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Balupu, Masala, Geethanjali and Dictator. Anjali was last seen in Telugu movie Chitrangada, which was released in 2017.
Madhavan and Anushka Shetty have teamed up earlier for a Kollywood movie Rendu, which released in 2006. Now once again they have teamed up.
