AP DGP Takur interacted with media and said that the person who attacked Jagan Mohan Reddy has a letter in his pocket. He did not reveal the contents of the letter, as it was just handed over to him by Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF), who had caught the culprit Srinivasa at Visakhapatnam Airport.
Jagan Mohan Reddy is now fine. He wrote on his twitter, “To everyone worried about my safety – I’d like to inform you that I am safe. God’s grace and the love, concern & blessings of the people of Andhra Pradesh will protect me. Such cowardice acts will not dissuade me but only strengthen my resolve to work for the people of my state!”
