It is known news that apart from being a director, he is also an actor. Currently, he is playing one of the leads in the film, Oorantha Aanukuntunnaru in which Naresh’s son, Naveen Vijay Krishna is also playing one of the lead roles. Recently during the media interaction, Avasarala Srinivasa Rao opened up about his role in this upcoming family entertainer Oorantha Aanukuntunnaru. Avasarala Srinivasa Rao said, “I am playing a Tamil musician who comes to the village because of my fiance.’ “

He added that recently he acted in the short movie because he liked his character in the film and for his role he didn’t charge anything.

Avasarala revealed that because of visa problems, there is a delay in the shoot and he is planning to complete the shoot by the end of February 2020.
