Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently working for his upcoming Telugu film Godfather, which is remake of Malayalam movie Lucifer. We have already reported that superstar Salman Khan has been approached for a role in Chiranjeevi starrer Godfather. Now the latest report reveals whether the Radhe actor has actually accepted the offer and gave his nod to play the cameo.
The reports are also coming that Salman Khan has allotted 15 days for Chiranjeevi starrer much hyped movie Godfather. Currently he is busy in the shoot of Tiger 3 and after wrapping up his part, Salman Khan will join the sets of Chiru film, which is being helmed by Mohan Raja and is bankrolled by Ram Charan and NV Prasad. Lady Superstar Nayanthara is on the board to play the female lead and the young actor Sayta Dev will play the crucial role.
The Malayalam language thriller was helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Salman Khan was supposed to play the role of Prithviraj from the original, who had screen time of fewer than five minutes.
It is also worth pointing out that Chiru and Salman Khan share a great bond. Ram Charan is too good friends with Khan.
On the otherside, Chiranjeevi is currently waiting for the release of his upcoming social drama Acharya which has Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady.
