Smoking : Smoking is generally not a good habit for health. It causes cancer and respiratory diseases. The same goes for smoking to relax after eating. If the metabolism slows down, the fat accumulates in the body and this leads to obesity. So it is better to avoid the habit of smoking after eating.

Drinking tea: Some people have a habit of drinking tea or coffee after lunch. If you don’t eat it, it’s like having an addiction. They only get peace if they eat it over rice. However, drinking this tea and coffee is also not good for health. Caffeine in tea and coffee affects our digestive system. Hence it is a reason for increasing acidity problems.

Bathing immediately after eating: It is not a good habit to take a bath after eating something. It affects our digestive system. It is a habit of many people to eat when they are hungry. After that, go and take a quick bath. It does not allow us to digest our food properly. If the food is not digested properly, it leads to bloating and the body does not get nutrients properly, thus leading to obesity and digestive problems.
