Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is taking special care regarding his upcoming projects. Earlier it was heard that after Majili, once again Naga Chaitanya and Samantha are teaming up for a movie Maha Samudram, which will be helmed by RX 100 fame director Ajay Bupathi but later it was heard that Naga Chaitanya walked out from the project. There is no any official confirmation regarding this project. Now according to the latest update, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is going to act in an upcoming Telugu movie, which is remake of Bollywood movie Badhaai Ho.
Noted producer and distributor Dil Raju has acquired the remake rights of Badhaai Ho and is going to co produce it with Boney Kapoor. Dil Raju is planning to rope Naga Chaitanya to play the lead role in this remake of Badhaai ho.
Dil Raju is currently busy in the finalization of the director. An official confirmation is awaited regarding it.
Badhaai Ho is a comedy drama directed by Amit Sharma, in which Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Surekha Sikri, and Sanya Malhotra, played the lead role. It is all about the story of a middle-aged couple who get pregnant much to the disappointment of their adult son.
On the other side, Naga Chaitanya has joined the sets of his next project which is directed by Fidaa fame Sekhar Kammula in which Sai Pallavi is playing the female lead.
