Currently all eyes are on Ram Gopal Varma’ upcoming directorial venture Lakshmi’s NTR which is gearing up for grand release on 22nd March. Speaking at Lakshmi’s NTR Simha Garjana event, RGV also made announcement that he is dedicating Lakshmi’s NTR to Nandamuri Balakrishna. He also said, “There was an inspiration behind Lakshmi’s NTR and that individual happens to be Nandamuri Balakrishna.” If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Ram Gopal Varma has not troubled much to Balakrishna in his upcoming project Lakshmi’s NTR but he made Jr NTR a villain.
At the pre-release event of Lakshmi’s NTR, when one fan asked if there was Jr NTR’ character in the movie. The film maker said that Jr NTR was just a kid at the time when Lakshmi Parvathi and NTR’ episodes happened.
The sources close to Ram Gopal Varma say the director depicted Balakrishna as an innocent character who is forced to join Chandrababu Naidu’s team during Viceroy hotel’s coup. Ram Gopal Varma hasn’t shown any negativity on Balakrishna but he did not leave young Tiger Jr NTR aka Jr YS Rama Rao.
It is known news that in her interview, Lakshmi Parvathi has revealed that Jr NTR at a tender age increased hatred on her and many times she noticed him tearing their photos (NTR and Lakshmi Parvathi). Ram Gopal Varma included that scene in Lakshmi’s NTR. It is heard that Jr NTR is trying his best to get the scene deleted before Lakshmi’s NTR release using his influence.
After the release of NTR biopic starring Balakrishna and Vidya Balan, Ram Gopal Varma spoke about the biopic and said that he has not seen it yet. He went on to add that Nnandmauri Balakrishna did not look anything NTR in the trailer and hence failed to do justice to the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s image.
According to Ram Gopal Varma, Lakshmi’s NTR is a love story full of hatred, jealousy, power mongering, backstabbing and above all unbelievable inter-relationship conflicts.”
