Meka Srikanth is making his comeback in the film industry with an upcoming untitled film in which Nandamuri Balakrishna will play the lead role and the movie will be helmed by none other than Boyapati Srinu, who is popular for delivering mass masala movies. The sources revealed that Srikanth will play the villain in Balakrishna starrer film, which will go on the floor in the month of January 2020. The movie has been launched already with a pooja ceremony.
Srikanth has already played the role of a villain in Naga Chaitanya starrer film Yuddham Sharanam, which was released in 2017. Srikanth is back at it again, playing villain Balakrishna starrer upcoming film.
Boyapati Srinu and Balakrishna starrer gave a new life to Jagapathi Babu with Legend, who has become one of the busiest actors, and now the makers are roping Srikanth for a negative role. The sources close to the makers revealed that Srikanth has also accepted to do the role and he will undergo a complete makeover for this film. Boyapati Srinu is also planning to bring Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in this film to play a negative role.
Srikanth’s first film was Peoples Encounter, which was released in the year 1991. Srikanth played minor roles as villains and supporting the artist in his earlier career. Srikanth has starred in more than 100 Telugu films as a lead. His first hit film as a lead actor was the Taj Mahal, which was released in 1995.
Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu’s film will be bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy. S Thaman has been roped in to score the music. Apparently Balakrishna will be seen in two roles, in one of the roles, Balakrishna will make his screen presence as Villager whereas in the other role, he will be seen in billionaire role, which will be full of arrogance and power, and resides in a foreign country, like a playboy.
