King Nagarjuna who was last seen playing the lead role in Solomon’ directorial venture The Wild Dog, is currently working for an upcoming romantic and family drama which is titled Bangarraju. The upcoming film is the sequel of Nagarjuna’ 2016 release Soggade Chinni Nayana, which is being helmed by Kalyan Krishna.
The upcoming fantasy drama also star Naga Chaitanya, Baahubali fame Ramya Krishnan and Uppena girl Krithi Shetty. Now according to the latest report, the makers of Bangarraju are going to introducer Naga Lakahsmi from Nagarjuna starrer on 18th November at 10:18 am.
The father and son duo Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya have previously featured in films like Manam and Premam among others. Now once again they are working together for this film Bangarraju. King Nagarjuna is bankrolling it is association with Zee Studios whereas the music is scored by Anup Rubens. According to the makers, the upcoming film has a good dose of romance, emotions and comedy.
On the work front, officer fame Nagarjuna is also playing the crucial role in big budget fantasy drama Brahmastra which has Ranveer Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead role. According to Nag, he is playing a powerful character in Brahmastra. Apart from these movies, Nag will also be seen in Praveen Sattaru’ directorial venture The Ghost.
