The upcoming action drama Beast marks Vijay’ 65th film, which is helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film went on floors last year and in this film, Vijay will be seen sharing the screen space with Pooja Hegde. The movie also has Selvaraghavan and Yogi Babu in the important roles. Yesterday the makers of Beast launched the trailer that grabbed the attention of many. Now according to the latest update, Beast trailer has crossed 25 Million + views on Youtube. The makers of Beast confirmed the same by sharing a new poster on official Twitter handle.
The trailer of Beast was started with the storming of a mall by a bunch of the terrorists. Dressed in outfits inspired by Money Heist and masks inspired by Breaking Bad, the terrorists rain bullets all over mall and hold its patrons hostage. As intelligence officers contemplate the right plan of the action, they realize a ray of hope: a superspy was in the mall. Vijay as spy, Veera Raghavan was shown in the trailer. Pooja Hegde has a tiny appearance as one of the mall hostages.
Vijay was last seen in Master, which also starred Malavika Mohanan, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, and Andrea Jeremiah. Pooja Hegde was last seen in Prabhas starrer Radhe Shyam.
