Daughter of actor Mohan Babu, Manchu Lakshmi is an actress, producer and television presenter, who predominantly works in Telugu film industry. Recently, she is featured on the UAE’s Exclusive Motherhood Magazine, The Wonder Mom. The magazine brings its last edition with Manchu Lakshmi.
Sharing her happiness on social media, she has penned a heartfelt note on Instagram, talking about her journey of life, acting career and her fiery passion for making a mark.
She wrote, “I am honoured to be among the wonderful moms to have been featured in @thewondermommagazine. Being a mom has been my greatest accomplishment. I never felt so perfect until I saw myself through her eyes, I am grateful to experience this unconditional love that only a mother can feel towards her child. It has been the most beautiful 2 years during #Covid to really bond, understand and grow with her. As hard as it is to let her go to school now, letting go is only true love. I will always be the wind beneath her wings and make sure she flies high and far. She is truly with me every step of the way and the APPLE of my eye.”
Manch Lakshmi acquired the SIIMA Award, two Filmfare Awards South and two State Nandi Awards. She made her acting debut with American television series Las Vegas.She has also appeared in commercials for Toyota, AARP and Chevrolet. She directed, produced and acted in Perfect Lives, a short film that was showcased at the Wilshire Fine Arts Thater as part of the La Femme Film Festival in Los Angeles.
