Swathimuthyam is backed by Naga Vamsi under Sitara Entertainments and Mahati Swara Sagar composed the lyrical tunes. Pragathi, Pammi Sai, Rao Ramesh, Naresh, Subbaraju, Harshavardhan, Sivannarayana, Surekha Vani, Vennela Kishore are the supporting characters. Cinematography and editing works were possessed by Surya Teja Musunuru and Navin Nooli respectively.
