Bheemla Nayak is a remake of the 2020 Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum, which was helmed by Sachy and it was a blockbuster at the box office. The action drama of Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and has the music by Thaman. The movie also stars Nithya Menen and Samyuktha Menon in the female lead roles.
