Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati are currently working together for an upcoming film Bheemla Nayak, the remake of Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum, which is being helmed by Saagar K Chandra. The makers have already announced that the film will be out in theaters from 25th February 2022. Now according to the latest report, the upcoming schedule of Saagar K Chandra’ magnum opus which was scheduled to commence next week has been canceled due to Covid outbreak. Apparently, around 5-6 members of Bheemla Nayak unit have tested +ive for the Covid-19 and they are currently in isolation. That is the main reason, the makers of Rana and Pawan Kalyan starrer, halted the shoot as they want to avoid further Covid transmission risk.
Nithya Menen and Samyuktha Menen are playing the female leads. Nithya will be seen in the role of Pawan Kalyan’ wife whereas Samyuktha is paired opposite Rana Daggubati.
Bheemla Nayak is a big budget film which is bankrolled by Naga Vamsi, the remake has Butta Bomma fame Thaman on board for music, and ace director Trivikram has penned the dialogues. Navin Nooli is the editor for this Saagar K Chandra directorial venture
On the work front, Pawan Kalyan has period drama Hari Hara Veeramallu with Krish and a project with Harish Shankar in his kitty.
