Bhoomi-a short movie, directed by Naga Shaurya and produced by Naga Shaurya’s mother under the banner of Ira Creations, is releasing today on 13th May on the occasion of Mother’s day. The story of Bhoomi is written is Ramana Teja and it has the music by Ananth Srikar.
The ten minute short film Bhoomi is all bout the story of two drunkards who try to sexual assault a girl midnight in a taxi but they hit a woman on road who is the mother of one of them. The girl (they tried to rape) suggests them to admit the woman in hospital. Later the drunkards realize their mistake.
Bhoomi ends with Naga Shaurya’s voice over. He says “Every women deserve respect and should be treated like earth.”
Naga Shaurya said, “Women are the chief architects of society. They take different forms and make us proud. They are our mothers and we can’t thank them enough in our life time. Saluting all the mothers on Mother days. Bhoomi is tribute to all the women.”
Naga Shaurya also shared the link for Bhoomi on Twitter and wrote, “Happy #MothersDay Amma !! You’ve been through my thick and thin. Love you so very much :)”
Naga Shaurya is on ninth cloud and enjoying the success of his recent offering Chalo. He was last seen in Sai Pallavi starrer Kanam/Diya, which was average at the box office. Currently Naga Shaurya is busy in the shoot of Narthanasalam, which is being helmed by debutant Srinivas Chakravarthy.
