Bigg Boss 3 Telugu 4th episode episode started on a fun note. All the contestants were awarded the task of acting like children. The housemates were divided into students and teachers. Varun Sandesh and Punarnavi are made teachers. Mahesh decided to not participate in this fun task and distanced himself from everyone. So argument took place among Mahesh, Ravi and Rohini. Later, Punarnavi Bhupalam came forward and convinced Mahesh to participate in the task.
Rohini, Sreemukhi and Hema applied makeup and tried to put child-like faces but they looked like ghosts. Though Sreemukhi and Rohini had good comic timing to entertain the audience but they disappointed the viewers with their act. Their performance was like mad people, and resulted in it lots of boredom. Ravi Krishna also tried to generate the comedy by making fun on the colour of Mahesh Vitta. This fun task brings frustration for the Viewers.
Hema is handling the kitchen from day 1. She is in charge of the kitchen who helped everyone with tea. She also took cooking classes for Sreemukhi. Ali Reza tried to help Hema but she got offended and said that Ali has no right to direct her to cook the food. On the other side, Varun Sandesh and Vitika Sheru are also entertaining the audience.
