Bigg Boss 3 Telugu has officially come to an end with the much-hyped Rahul Sipligunj lifting the trophy. He wins the title and Rs 50 Lakhs prize money.

Rahul Sipligunj on Sunday emerged as the winner of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss Season III hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna Rahul Sipligunj takes home the trophy after he made it to the final with 4 other contestants; Sreemukhi, Baba Bhaskar, Varun Sandesh and Ali Reza, who gave him a tough fight throughout the nomination process this season. Sreemukhi is the first runner-up. Baba Bhaskar, Varun Sandesh, and Ali Reza were in third, fourth and fifth positions respectively.

After interacting with the housemates, Mega Star Chiranjeevi invited both the finalists to the stage. Chiranjeevi revealed that both Sreemukhi and Rahul Sipligunj already got huge recognition and they are the winners. Sreemukhi and Rahul Sipligunj came to the center stage along with Nagarjuna Akkineni. Later Nagarjuna lifted Rahul Sipligunj’s hand. Finally, Rahul Sipligunj won the title of Boss Boss 3 Winner, trophy and the prize money of 50 lakhs.

While rumors were already rife about Rahul Sipligunj’s victory in the third season of Bigg Boss, ahead of the final episode, Nagarjuna announced the winner in the grand finale on the basis of the votes that the contestant received in the last week that the voting lines were open for the public. A majority thought the popular playback singer Rahul Sipligunj who has been an outright entertainer will lift the trophy.

For the last two episodes before the finale, all evicted contestants returned to the Bigg Boss house and spent time with the finalists.

Big Boss 3 Telugu kick-started from 21st July 2019 with 15 participants – Siva Jyothi, Ravikrishna, Ashu Reddy, Jaffar Babu, Rohini Noni, Punarnavi Bhupalam, Hema, Rahul Sipligunj, Ali Reza, Himaja Reddy, Baba Bhaskar, Varun Sandesh, Mahesh Vitta, Vithika Sheru, and Sreemukhi.
