Sreerama Chandra debuted his playback career in the Telugu film industry and he is one who won the 5th season of music reality show Indian Idol 5. In 2013, he made his Telugu cinema acting debut with the film Jagadguru Adi Shankara and currently he is one of the contestant of controversial reality show Bigg Boss 5 Telugu, which is being hosted by Nagarjuna. The two contestants, Sarayu and Uma Devi, have been eliminated from the Bigg Boss house already. Maanas, Sreerama Chandra, Lahari, Priyanka, and Shailaja Priya are nominated for the elimination in the third week.
The nomination task was followed by the entertaining captaincy contender task – ‘Hyderabad Ammai & America Abbayi’. It was a role play where Lahari was named the ‘Hyderabad Ammai’, whereas the playback singer Sreerama Chandra was the America Abbayi.
Meanwhile, Google has predicted the contestant who is going to take way the Bigg Boss 5 Telugu winner trophy. A Google search is showing former Indian Idol winner and young playback singer and actor Sreerama Chandra as the title winner of Bigg Boss 5 Telugu.
On the otherside, in the latest episode of reality show Bigg Boss makes Ravi the first captaincy contender. After a series of discussions, Jessie, Sweta, and Sreerama Chandra were chosen for the captaincy task. Later Jessie became the captain in the captaincy task.
