One of the contestants from Bigg Boss Telugu Season 5, Maanas opened up about his personal growth, after participating in Bigg Boss, where he learned a lot from. Beside, he is known for his roles in some films like Goli Soda and Gang of Gabbar Singh. He was the third runner up on the Bigg Boss show. During his interview taken by a media today, he shared his personal views and opinions before and after the show.
He said, “I feel like some of the other contestants are still stuck in the Bigg Boss house. I’ve moved on though because there is much more to life.” He says his time in the BB house was an emotionally draining experience. He expressed that it wasn’t easy to spend 105 days in that house, and another 14 days of quarantine. While on the show, he tried to stay confident and true to myself. He was just relieved to get back home, by the end of it. Being an introvert, he primarily felt a bit difficult to express his feelings and have cameras in front of him all day.
Maanas said, “When he was nominated by three people in the first week, it shook me. There was nowhere to hide and I acclimatised quickly. However, I have formed a deep bond with Sunny and Kajal. I plan on staying in touch with them even now.”
Maanas also expressed his opinion on his co-housemate Priyanka Singh that he respects her just as a friend. He claims that while Priyanka had feelings for him and she treated everyone in the house as a brother except for him and Sriram Chandra. He also knew that Priyanka had feelings for him, but he didn’t want to upset her. He mentioned the incident when she got possessive of him. At that time, he yelled at her because she couldn’t understand that he wanted to have just a friendly relationship with her. But now, they both are friends, he says, and he stated, “Anyway, past is past.”
