Saaho: Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer action thriller drama Saaho turned out to be the biggest disaster in Telugu Film Industry. Sujeeth’ directorial venture left distributors in huge losses of over Rs 50 crs.
Vinaya Vidheya Rama : Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Kiara Advani starrer Vinaya Vidheya Rama, directed by Boyapati Srinu was one of the biggest disasters of Telugu film Industry. Vinaya Vidheya Rama brought losses of around Rs 35 crores for the distributors.
NTR biopic: NTR biopic Mahanayakudu and Kathanayakudu : NTR biopic was the dream project of Nandamuri Balakrishna, where he essayed the role of his father late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. NTR biopic left with Rs 60 crs losses.
Dear Comrade: After delivering successful movies such as Geetha Govindam, once again Vijay Deverakonda collaborated with Rashmika Mandanna for Dear Comrade. But the movie received mixed response on its opening day and turned out to be a disaster. Dear Comrade left with Rs 13 Crs losses.
Mr Majnu: Akhil Akkineni starrer romantic drama failed to collect even Rs 5 Cr shares at the box office.
Voter: Manchu Vishnu made his comeback with Voter, directed by Karthik Reddy and bankrolled by John Sudheer Pudhota, which turned out disaster at the box office.
Ruler: After NTR biopic, once again this year, Balakrishna delivered disaster in the form of Ruler, directed by KS Ravikumar. The film has Vedhika and Sonal Chauhan in the female leads.
Tollywood hot chunk Gopichand starrer investigative drama Chanakya, Sundeep Kishan & Hansika Motwani’ Tenali Rama Krishna, also turned out to be disasters leaving distributors in huge losses. The other disaster movies are Suryakantam, Mithai, Hippi, Seven, Mallesham, Dorasaani, Manmadhudu 2, Bandobast, RDX love, Thippara Meesam, Meeku Maathrame Cheptha, Raju Gari Gadhi 3.
