Icon star Allu Arjun has always been a prominent name in the south but after the success of Pushpa: The Rise, which was helmed by Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame, the actor has become a pan-India sensation. Pushpa: the rise, which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya, worked exceptionally well in several parts of the country, making it one of the most-grossing films of 2021. The reports are coming that the makers are now working on its sequel Pushpa: the Rule, and even making changes to the pre-decided script owing to the Hindi version’s success.
The creative and talented film maker Sukumar is busy with the script of the sequel and now the reports are coming that the makers of Pushpa 2 are planning to rope in some Hindi actors.
The makers are in plans to start the shoot of Pushpa: The Rule from the month of March 2022.
Pushpa: The Rise is an action-drama film that was released on 17th December 2021. The movie stars Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead and Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil in the role of villain. The Telugu film was released on Amazon Prime last week and its Hindi version is all set to release on the OTT platform on 14th January, 2022.
