The director, screenwriter, producer, actor, playback singer and television host Farhan Akhtar, has crooned a song for superstar Mahesh Babu for his upcoming political drama, Bharat Ane Nenu. Currently the movie is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Srimanthudu fame Koratala Siva and is on the verge of completion. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani is playing female lead and she will be seen essaying Mahesh’a PA in this upcoming big budget drama, which has the music by sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad.
For the first time Farhan Akhtar crooned for any Telugu song. The name of the song is ‘I don’t know’. The sources close to Farhan Akhtar say that composer-lyricist- singer-director Devi Sri Prasad has composed music for the song which features the lead pair and was shot in Spain. It is a fastpaced, catchy number and will introduce Mahesh Babu’s character in the film.”

Farhan Akhtar and Mahesh Babu are good friends and they shares good rapports. Earlier Mahesh Babu had lent his voice for Farhan Akhtar’s MARD initiative. He had recited the MARD poem in Telugu.
