Break Even Target for RRR in Japan !

It is known that the movie ‘R.R.R’ was released on March 25 this year and made huge collections at the box office. It has grossed up to Rs.1200 crores including all the versions. But it is known that this film was released in Japan on October 21 (yesterday). For the Japanese version, Rajamouli-NTR-Ramcharan and the members of ‘RRR’ team are going to Japan and doing promotions.

It is heard that the ‘RRR’ team is spending heavily for this. There is a super craze for Rajamouli movies in Japan. NTR also has a fan following. It is known that the videos of the people there bursting with enthusiasm to the song ‘Natu Natu’ are also going viral on social media. That is why the film team hopes to give interviews to the Japanese media and make this movie a blockbuster there as well.

So what is the target of ‘RRR’ in Japan? Rajamouli’s film is not a break-even target. Records should be broken. That’s when the people there talk a lot. RRR, who went to Oscar in the general category, also has a lot to do with it. Rajinikanth’s Muthu has collected 400 million yen (Japanese currency) there.

One yen is 0.56 paise in our calculation. That means a little more than Rs.22 crores. After ‘Muthu’, ‘Baahubali’ collected 365 million yen and ‘Three Idiots’ collected 149 million yen. So ‘R.R.R’ film has to collect more than 400 million yen there regardless of the business. It remains to be seen whether ‘RRR’ will achieve that feat or not.
