Buchi Babu Sana made his directorial debut with a romantic drama Uppena in which the young mega hero Vaishnav Tej played the lead role. It has Krithi Shetty as the leading lady. This Buchi Babu Sana directorial was produced under leading production house Mythri Movie Makers and it turned Vaishnav Tej, Krithi and Buchi Babu into stars overnight.
Now, the ongoing speculations in film circles reveal that the Uppena combination might materialize in near future. Apparently, Buchi Babu Sana is planning to work with Vaishnav Tej once again for a Telugu project. More details about this exciting project will be out soon.
Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Buchi Babu Sana will be working with Jr NTR for a sports drama set in the rural backdrop but till date there is no any update regarding this project.
On the otherside, Jr NTR is currently working with SS Rajamouli for RRR, which is in the last leg of the shoot. After this, Jr NTR will start the preparation for his next which will be directed by Prashanth Neel of KGf fame. As NTR is busy with other films, Buchi Babu Sana has decided to make a film in the meantime. He is all set to team up with Vaishnav Tej once again.
