It’s been 6 years since the release of Telugu movie Mirchi in which Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Anushka Shetty played the lead roles. With this flick, director Koratala Siva made his debut. Despite being his debut film, Koratala Siva made his mark in Telugu Film Industry. Mirchi, which was released on 8th February, in 2013, was turned out blockbuster at the box office. The action entertainer has many elements such as a crispy love story and sentiments.
Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Anushka Shetty starrer Mirchi has completed 6 years today. Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati and Vikram Reddy started a production house called UV Creations which also completed 6 years by today. The production house UV Creations tweeted,” Celebrating 6 years of our debut production #Mirchi #Prabhas #AnushkaShetty @sivakoratala @ThisIsDSP #6YearsForMirchi.” It’s a celebration time for Baahubali and Mirchi pair- Prabhas and Anushka Shetty.
Mirchi revolves around the rivalry between the two feudal families in the two presiding villages. The title Mirchi best served the intention behind it, which symbolises the shedding of blood due to its brutal action sequences. Prabhas and Anushka Shetty starrer Mirchi showed a new way of dealing with violence and ending it in a peaceful manner.
In Mirchi, Prabhas who essayed the role of Jai impressed with his action sequences and also with terrific physique, which made all the girls go gaga over him.
Right now, UV Creations is making a big budget entertainer ‘Saaho’ with young rebel star Prabhas who was the hero of their first production venture Mirchi. Saaho, which has Shraddha Kapoor in female lead, is being directed by Sujeeth Reddy, who made his directorial debut with Run Raja Run which was also made under UV Creations Banner.
On the otherside, Anushka Shetty, who was last seen in UV creations’ production venture Bhaagamathie, will be next seen in Kona Venkat’s film.
