Kona Venkat is in trouble. According to the latest update, a cheating case has been filed against the popular writer and producer Kona Venkat with the Jubilee Hills Police. The police have booked Kona Venkat under the sections IPC 406 and 420.
Gemini FX director Prasad has filed the case against producer Kona Venkat in Jubillee Hills police station. According to the director Prasad, he gave Rs 13.5 lakhs to Kona Venkat on the pretext of providing a story in 2017. But Kona Venkat became fail to give the story. Prasad alleged that Kona Venkat neither provided the story nor returned his money and even threatened him with dire consequences.
Prasad asked Kona Venkat to either provide a story or give back his money. But Kona Venkat has started threatening Gemini FX director Prasad instead of giving back money. Cops have started the investigation. Kona Venkat is yet to respond on the issue.
Kona Venkat is always in the news with controversies. Either it’s deflation cases or drunk and drive test case. Earlier Sri Reddy has also claimed that Kona Venkat harassed her s*xually.
On the work front, Kona Venkat’ next production venture is Nishabdam, in which Anushka Shetty is playing the female lead and the movie is slated to hit screens in December.
