Keerthy Suresh is one of the most popular and sought-after young actresses in South Indian Film Industry and she is a successful actress in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages. Keerthy Suresh was born into a filmy family. Her father, Suresh Kumar is a well-known Mollywood producer and her mother, Menaka, is one of the most popular yesteryear actresses from Malayalam Film Industry. On the occasion of mother’s day, Keerthy Suresh took to her Instagram to share a pic of her childhood with mom Menaka.
Though Keerthy Suresh’ parents were Keralites, they were settled in Chennai and she was born there. Later, she moved to Trivandrum and finished up her schooling. Keerthy has an elder sister, Revathy Suresh, who is a VFX specialist and had worked for Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. Revathy Suresh tied the knot in the month of September 2016.
Keerthy started her acting career as a child artist in Pilots which was produced by her father, which was released in 2000. Later in 2013, Keerthy Suresh made her debut as a female lead in Priyadarshan’s Malayalam horror film ‘Geethanjali’. Her first Telugu movie was ‘Nenu Sailaja’, which was released in 2016. Currently Keerthy Suresh is waiting for the release of Rang De which has Nithiin in the lead role.
