Megastar Chiranjeevi will be wrapping up the shoot of upcoming social drama Acharya once the shooting resumed. And after the completion of Koratala Siva’ directorial venture, Chiranjeevi will start the preparation for his next Telugu project, which is remake of Malayalam drama Lucifer.
In the remake, Chiranjeevi will reprise the role of Mohanal from the original. Currently Lucifer remake is in pre production stage and now the reports are coming that Chiranjeevi has allotted the dates for Lucifer remake from this July.
The director Mohan Raja is ready with the bound script and he is eager to take the remake onto the floors as soon as Chiranjeevi turns available. Mohan Raja’s version of Lucifer is unlikely to be a scene to scene remake of the original as certain sequences are likely to be tweaked to suit the image of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame Chiranjeevi. Nayantara is expected to play an important role in this film.
It is known news that Chiranjeevi starrer Lucifer remake was launched in the month of January this year. Mega producer Allu Aravind, DVV Danayya, Niranjan Reddy, Ashwini Dutt, Naga Babu, Koratala Siva, Meher Ramesh, Bobby, Tagore Madhu, Gemini Kiran, Writer Satyanand, Ram Achanta, Gopi Achanta, Miryala Ravinder Reddy, Naveen Yerneni, Sirish Reddy, UV Creations Vicky and others were present at the launch event.
