While fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement, reports have emerged on the internet that the grand official announcement on Megastar Chiranjeevi’ much awaited 154th film will made soon. Meher Ramesh is on the board to direct Chiranjeevi starrer, which will be bankrolled by Anil Sunkara and KS Ramarao. Today morning the makers took to Twitter and announced that Mega Euphoria will start with the announcement at 9 am tomorrow on the occasion of Megastar Chiranjeevi’ birthday.
According to the latest buzz, National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh has been roped in to play the role of Chiranjeevi’ sister in this film which is remake of Tamil drama Vedalam. The role was played by actress Lakshmi Menon in the original and it garnered good response from the movie lovers. The shoot of the film will start once Chiranjeevi completes his ongoing project Acharya.
Chiranjeevi will be shooting for both Lucifer and Vedalam remake simultaneously. Helmed by Siruthai Siva, Vedalam starred Thala Ajith Kumar as a taxi driver in Kolkata who fights the underworld. The film was later remade in Bengali as Sultan in 2018, in which Jeet played the lead role.
Currently Chiranjeevi is working with Koratala Siva for an upcoming social message oriented movie Acharya.
