Megastar of Telugu film Industry, Chiranjeevi with his wife Surekha paid a visit to the Statue of Equality located at Jeeyar Ashram in Shamshabad. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame actor paid his respects to HH Chinna Jeeyar Swami on the auspicious occasion of Bheeshma Ekadasi. Chiru spoke about individualistic contributions towards the greater cause.
Recently Icon star Allu Arjun who is enjoying the success of his recent offering Pushpa: The Rise, also visited the same place, which was officially launched by PM Narendra Modi.
Few days ago, the Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu described the Statue of Equality as the eighth wonder of the world, and said that anybody visiting the memorial of Sri Ramanujacharya will be mesmerized and will feel gratified having visited the spiritual and cultural heritage centre. He also said that the real meaning of spirituality is ‘serving the people,’ which is nothing but serving the Lord/God. Everybody should think on these lines and serve the humanity in whichever way they can. That is the real tribute to Sri Ramanujacharya.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is waiting for the arrival of Acharya which is directed by Koratala Siva of Mirchi and Janatha Garage fame. He is also playing the lead roles in Godfather and Bholaa Shankar.
