Megastar Chiranjeevi and Meher Ramesh who is known for directing films like Kantri, Billa, Shakti and Shadow, have teamed up for an upcoming film Bholaa Shankar. Few days ago, the movie was launched with the traditional pooja ceremony and now according to the latest update, the shoot of the film Bholaa Shanakr has been started. In this mega schedule, Meher Ramesh is planning to shoot few crucial scenes on Chiranjeevi.
The sources say that Chiranjeevi starrer Bholaa Shankar will be a stylish action thriller laced with family emotions, which is bankrolled by Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments in association with Creative Commercials. The upcoming film is a remake of the 2015 Tamil film Vedalam starring Ajith, Lakshmi Menon and Shruti Haasan.
Tamannah Bhatia , who has previously worked with Chiranjeevi in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, is on the board to play the female lead and she will reprise the role of Shruti Haasan from the original. National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh is playing Chiru’ sister in Meher Ramesh’ magnum opus.
Mahati Swara Sagar, who has earlier composed music for movies like Bheeshma and Maestro, is the music director for this film of Chiranjeevi.
